As the name suggests, it consists of natural peanut butter, banana, and a few other healthy ingredients. What do you need?
- A blender (Preferably a high quality one)
- 1 Tablespoon of all natural peanut butter
- 1 Banana (Preferably frozen)
- 1 Scoop of whey protein powder of choice, Vanilla/Chocolate flavors are preferred
- 1 Cup of ice
- 1.5 Cups of cold water
- 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
- Cut frozen banana into slices
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend your shake away
