With 2013 rolling in, many of the new years resolution people will
slowly start to fade away from gyms. Why are you quitting the gym? If anything
you should be excited for a new start of a new you. All you require is patience
and dedication. However, I do agree that sometimes people tend to lose
motivation for whatever reason, but that doesn’t mean you should give up the
second you’re unmotivated!
